The pie charts give information about how much money was spent between 1981 and 2001 by a particular school which was located in the UK.

 As an overall trend, it is clear that during the given period the most part of the money was given for teachers’ salaries in comparison with other groups.

 Between 1981 and 2001, the amount of money spent on insurance increased slightly from 2% to 8%.

In contrast, the percentage of furniture and equipment was higher than insurance. It declined markedly from 15% in 1981 to 5% in 1991. Next ten years this number climbed significantly to 23%. The proportion of money spent on other workers’ salaries went down from 28 % in 1981 to 22 % in 1991, decreasing further to 15 % in 2001.

In 1981, the amount of spending on resources like, books went up from 15% to 20% between 1981 and 1991 before reducing to 9% by 2001. Teachers’ salaries almost unchanged. This number was 40% in 1981 and it improved by 10% in 1991 before falling back to 45% by 2001.
