The graph compares how many grams in three different food consumption (Meat, Salt and Fish) were eaten by Chinese people every week between 1985 and 2010
It clearly seen from the line graph, the most population of China prefers to eat Fish than other food consumption.
In 1985 local people of China ate 600g fish per week. This number rose quickly to 700g in 1990 and dropped back to 600g in 1995. The following 15 years, the quantity of fish consumption increased steadily by 250g. Likewise, between 1985 and 2010, there was a gradual decrease in the number of Salt produce from 500g to 200g. In contrast, the meat was eaten much lower than others (100g) in 1985. During the 25 years, this rate went up slowly to 200g every week.
In conclusion, we can see that at the end of the period, the level of Salt and meet became same by comparing.
