As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual well-being.

What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?

Down the centuries,   work  has  been   the   integral   part  of   everyone`s  life.  Thus,  job  satisfaction   is   considered    as   the     fundamental    branch   for   people    to    fulfill    from   their  life.  There  are    various   types   of   factors    ranging    from   good  income   to   holidays  that   effect  on   self- fulfillment.  However,   nobody   can dispute  that   it  is  impossible  to   meet   expectations   of   all  employees.

Many    companies    attempt    to   maximize    their     employees`    satisfaction     by giving   recognitions, reserving   tickets  to a  wide- range  of  resorts  or     conducting   entertaining      tournaments,  shows or   so   forth. In turn,   all  these   motivating   efforts   help   to relieve   the    environment   at  work  office  that   enables   employees   to  deploy  their     skills  and   talents.  Moreover,  it   is  the   fact  that     an  increase   in   the   level  of   fulfillment    among   workers   will   cause  to  a  proportional  progress   for    companies   as  well. The    eminent   company -Google,  for  instance,  gives   a   daily   free  lunch    and    organizes   weekly   movie   nights for  its   staff  to    rise   their   satisfaction   and  also   to   make  them   work    with   enthusiasm.

There  is little   room   for   doubt  that   it   isn`t   feasible    to    satisfy   all  personnel    simultaneously. Furthermore,   it  is not   secret  that    workers   in  upper   rank    have  more    opportunities   and   facilities    than  those   who   work  at  the  lower   position  in  the   company.     Nowadays,   many   companies    endeavor   to   change   this    unfair    situation    by  implementing    special   order   of   recognitions   and   facilities    over  their   whole   staff  into  the   work  system.  This  is   a   model   for    other    companies   as  well  and   by  this  way,  we  can    meet  all   expectations    of   workers   in   a   particular   period  of  time.

To  sum  up,   it    is  my  belief  that   as  people   spare    their   considerable   part  of  lives   at   work,   companies    should    put   emphasis   on   providing    self-  fulfillment   from  it      with    above – mentioned   ways.
